Boxes:

FSC Certified Corrugated E or B Flute, 50% post consumer waste.

Inserts:

Foam board that is custom cut to fit the product.

Our Corrugated Boxes are printed using full color CMYK digital printing, so you can choose any color you desire. They are fully printable on the inside and outside. Because we print digitally we can not match PMS colors exactly, but rather match them with a CMYK, 4 color process.

Print Inserts:

Add a greeting card, recipe, or message to your gift box.

Wraps:

Add an extra layer of branding with a wrap that will protect your gift box.

Hang Tags:

Personalize your gift box with a hang tag.

Belly Bands:

Add extra security to your gift box as well as style with a belly band.

Production Comp – 3 Business Days

After PO, artwork and any required product samples are received, it will take about three business days to receive a production comp of the box for approval.

Final Production – 7 Business Days

After production comp is approved, it will take about 7 business days for full production. The clock for production starts ONLY after you give us the final approval of the proof.

Kitting/Fulfillment – 2-3 Business Days

If you would like us to also kit your project, we will need an additional 2-3 business days.

Production time does not include shipping time to your location.
All production timelines are estimates and subject to change without notice, the estimates listed are minimums and during peak season (Q4), production times can be longer.

Dropship to One or Multiple Locations

Choose Fedex or UPS to bulk ship your box to your client or individually ship it to it’s recipient.

Trucking on Larger Orders

Placing a large order, then trucking might be your best option.

Please Note:

Shipping times are based on the shipping method you choose when ordering. If you choose UPS Ground, then note that your order does not have a guaranteed delivery window – the UPS Ground delivery window typically falls between 4-7 days. This time may be reduced depending on your location.
Our production facility is based in Carlstadt, NJ so the closer you are to us the shorter the shipping time.
If you need your order by a specific day, we advise that you select a guaranteed delivery option (such as UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day select, etc.)

All of our boxes are custom. Once your box size has been finalized and PO sent in, we will send you a dieline to apply your artwork.
