Once your bubble mailer is designed and printed, take advantage of our kitting services. Simply send us your items, and our skilled team will meticulously kit your bubble mailer.
How it Works

Carlstadt, NJ 07072 - Once we receive all products and final PO it will take about two-three days to kit your project.
Drop Ship to One or Multiple Locations
- Choose FedEx or UPS to bulk ship your box to your client or individually ship it to it’s recipient.
Trucking
- If you are placing a large order, then trucking might be your best option.
Please Note:
- Shipping times are based on the shipping method you choose when ordering. If you choose UPS Ground, then note that your order does not have a guaranteed delivery window – the UPS Ground delivery window typically falls between 4-7 days. This time may be reduced depending on your location.
- Our production facility is based in Carlstadt, NJ so the closer you are to us the shorter the shipping time.
- If you need your order by a specific day, we advise that you select a guaranteed delivery option (such as UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day select, etc.
PDF Proof – 1 Business Day
- After PO and any required artwork is received, it will take one business day to receive a digital proof of the bubble mailer for approval.
Final Production – 5 Business Days
- After production comp is approved, it will take about 5 business days for full production. The clock for production starts ONLY after you give us the final approval of the proof.
Hand Assembly/Kitting – 2-3 Business Days
- If you would like us to also kit your project, we will need an additional 2-3 business days.
